Buildings
Outlook’s three buildings were designed to make the most of its north-facing aspect. Turning its back on Kepa Road, the tower shelters most apartment living spaces, quietening the entire complex as well as the individual apartments, and creating peaceful havens bathed in sunlight throughout the day.
The Tower
This elegant building was oriented north to provide the maximum amount of sun, while ensuring the greatest number of apartments enjoyed the sensational views of the city, Waitemata Harbour and Rangitoto Island.
The Mews
These buildings offered a more intimate lifestyle, with each offering two garden apartments and three upper level apartments. The garden apartments have significant outdoor areas for their exclusive use, while the upper level apartments face due north and are bathed in sun all day.
The Garden
Nestled between the two mews buildings on the northern side of the property, the garden is sheltered on all sides. This became a wonderful place to meet and enjoy the company of fellow residents, or spend time with friends and family. Outlook residents enjoy exclusive access to a pavilion that includes barbeque facilities and an enclosed area for dining.
