Market Update Evening
It was great to have Bayleys Real Estate head of research, Ian Little, visit the display suite to run a presentation for the purchasers at Outlook Mission Bay. It was an evening enjoyed by all, with tasty finger food and beautiful Jk.14 wines supplied as refreshments.
Ian spoke about recent trends in the marketplace, the impact that the New Zealand General Election is currently having and what the statistics tell us about the market moving forward.
Ian also provided a broad overview of current immigration figures, including a comparison of the number of people looking to settle in Auckland versus the number of homes currently being built. A general outline of business confidence was provided before Ian opened the floor for questions.
