Introducing Botlook

Hi there, 

For those times when you have questions in the middle of the night or are just not ready to talk to someone yet, we're introducing Botlook, a chatting robot (chatbot) that's available anytime, anywhere.

To start off, Botlook needs training.

So, we've asked 'her' to work through some details with you about the things that are important to you in an apartment.

Botlook will pass on whatever she learns to our apartment team so when we talk or email, we're concentrating on what matters to you.

It's still early days for Botlook. Over time, she'll learn how to answer more of your questions, but for now, she has her good days and bad days. Let's be honest, we all do.
